In RECOGNITION of...

those who have contributed to the success of LDFR, saved and gave quality of life to so many ferrets.

Most recently, to those people on the Ferretocious Forum who so generously gave to pay the shelter vet bills.  Without you, we just cannot operate.  We are a hospice and sanctuary and all about eliminating pain and suffering.

Many thanks to Susan for the badly needed microscope!

Bill and Michelle.   From the first day we opened our doors, you have  extended and enhanced the quality of life for every single ferret who has come through our shelter suffering from adrenal disease, insulinoma and lymphoma.  Without your ongoing support, there would be no Little Dude's.

Laura Holland.   My most involved and active volunteer.   Her contributions are countless from adoptions to donations to activism.  Write for a list.

Ronda.  One of the few who has been here almost from the start and has remained committed through all the changes - good and bad.  She does all the nasties like ADV testing and is heavily involved in almost every facet of ferret rescue and hospice.  I think the only thing she doesn't do is paperwork...

Julie.  Your extremely generous donation was such a wonderful unexpected surprise for which we are grateful and can't possibly thank you enough.

Dr. Kent Thomazin and his staff at the Animal Hospital of Newport Hills.  They  provide the best of quality medical care for our ferrets and are friendly, personable and helpful.

Dr. Martha Broda at the Tacoma Cat Hospital.  Her expertise with ferret dental cleaning and surgery is invaluable.

Denise, owner of Denise's Delightful Dookers.   My friend and partner.    Nobody can surpass the love and dedication she has for ferrets.

Of course, our foster homes are invaluable and LDFR cannot operate without them.   Ronda, Loren, Jeri, Rob and Angela, Kim and Reggie, Dru, Lisa, Kyla, Grant & Caprice AND Ryan & Barbi - THANK GOD for all of you.

Fischer Meats in Issaquah who is the only meat market we are aware of in the Puget Sound area who will grind chickens for our sick fuzzies.
